Program questions
How is a referral attributed?
Two ways, and both are tracked. A referral link sets a first-party cookie lasting 60 days. Separately, every affiliate gets a unique coupon code — if a customer enters that code at checkout, the commission attributes regardless of cookie state. Code attribution matters most in this niche, since audiences frequently arrive by code rather than by link.
Why is there a hold period?
Earnings sit in a pending state for 30 days before approving, which covers the window for refunds and chargebacks. If an order is refunded within that period, the associated commission is voided. This protects the program from being drained by fraudulent orders and keeps rates sustainable.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referral is detected and blocked, and repeat attempts forfeit the account and any pending balance. This is standard and it exists so that legitimate affiliates are not subsidising abuse through lower rates.
What can I say about the products in my promotion?
The same thing we say: these are research compounds, supplied for laboratory research only. Affiliates may not make therapeutic, medical, or personal-use claims, and may not present these compounds as treatments. This is not a stylistic preference — claims of that kind create regulatory exposure for the affiliate as well as for us, and any account making them will be removed from the program.
